Shipping costs are calculated based on the volumetric weight of the package. The basic cost is €10.99 in Italy. For foreign countries the costs are calculated for each individual package.

The order is always followed by a tracking code provided by the courier. By entering the tracking code in the search bar on the carrier’s website it is possible to check the status of the shipment.

We are organized to ship all over the world. For some countries it is necessary to request a dedicated quote.

It is necessary to promptly contact customer service and inform of the change of address.

We use GLS, UPS and FedEx couriers. For national and international transport.

Before delivery, an email/text message will be sent by the carrier to notify you of the delivery. It is possible to request a change in delivery times and places. It is also possible to arrange delivery at an access point near your home.

Customer service will contact the customer to organize the new shipment. You will be asked to pay for shipping again.
